How It Works
  1. Preheat your heat press to 280°F
  2. Position your transfer on the garment
  3. Press for 8 seconds at medium-firm pressure (7–70 PSI)
  4. Hot peel — remove film immediately while hot
  5. Cover with duck cloth and press again for 8 seconds

⚠️ Image Quality Requirements

Not all images are suitable for DTF printing. Uploading a poor quality image will result in a poor quality transfer — and we print exactly what you send us.

The most common issue: Images with soft, semi-transparent edges (like those saved from Google, screenshots, or low-res files) cause a white haze around your design when printed. This happens because DTF technology applies an underbase to any semi-transparent pixels, resulting in a visible white outline around your graphic.

For best results, your file must be:
✅ High resolution — 300 DPI minimum
✅ PNG format with a clean, fully transparent background
✅ Vector graphics (PDF, AI, EPS, SVG) — infinitely scalable with no quality loss
✅ Hard, clean edges — no soft or feathered edges around the design
✅ No semi-transparent pixels around the artwork

  • We offer five standard size ranges: Left Chest (3"–4" wide), Youth (8"–10" wide), Adult Small–XL (10"–12" wide), Adult 2X–3X (12"–14" wide), and Oversized 4X–5X (12"–15" wide).

  • 3"–4" wide. This is the classic left chest logo or pocket print placement.

  • 8"–10" wide. Great for youth sizes and smaller prints.

  • 10"–12" wide. This is the most popular size for adult small through adult XL.

  • 12"–14" wide. Great starting point for larger front or back designs.

  • 12"–15" wide. Designed for oversized looks and large statement prints.
